Delivery
LOCAL Courier – your package is delivered by a member of the HailOut team or by our partner courier within 1 – 3 days.
TTPOST Courier – your package is dropped of at a TTPOST center and is delivered within 2 – 3 days.
TTPOST – Registered Mail – This is an additional option for delivery of greeting cards only. Your package is delivered within 7 – 10 days. You may need to visit your local post office for collection.
Delivery costs vary between TTD $10.00 – $60.00.
Delivery is possible on the weekend if using the LOCAL courier option. Delivery on Sundays is possible but not guaranteed.
Absolutely! Choose “ship to different address” at checkout and enter your recipient’s home or office address and contact number. You may leave any other important delivery instructions in the order notes section.
Yes. Pick up is available in St Augustine, Trinidad by appointment only.
