Delivery

What are your delivery options?

LOCAL Courier – your package is delivered by a member of the HailOut team or by our partner courier within 1 – 3 days.

TTPOST Courier – after your payment is received, your package is dropped of at a TTPOST center and is delivered within 2 – 3 days. Note that this service does not offer weekend delivery.

TTPOST – Registered Mail – This is an additional option for delivery of greeting cards only. Your package is delivered within 7 – 10 days. You may need to visit your local post office for collection.

Delivery costs vary between TTD $10.00 – $60.00. 

Delivery is possible on the weekend if using the LOCAL courier option. Delivery on Sundays is possible but not guaranteed.

Absolutely! Choose “ship to different address” at checkout and enter your recipient’s home or office address and contact number. You may leave any other important delivery instructions in the order notes section.

Yes. Pick up is available in St Augustine, Trinidad  by appointment only.

We do not have a storefront(yet).

Customization & Sizing

We currently offer three card sizes:

  • 3.5 × 5 – Mini cards

  • 5 × 7 – Standard cards

  • 6 × 9 – Large cards (Express Yourself only)

Each size is designed for a different type of message.

No.
Due to the small size, 3.5 × 5 cards are not customizable. They are sold exactly as designed to ensure readability and a clean finish.

5 × 7 cards allow light personalization only, such as:

Adding a name

Adjusting a short line

Small wording edits

These are meant for short, simple messages that fit comfortably within the card design.

Long messages, poems, lists, or letter-style content are not supported in this size.

Express Yourself is our fully custom wording option.

It allows you to provide:

  • Your own front message

  • Your own inside message

This option gives you complete control over the wording while we take care of layout, balance, and design.

Express Yuhself is available on:

  • 5 × 7

  • 6 × 9

However, 6 × 9 is required for longer or more detailed messages.

If your message is too long to fit comfortably on a 5 × 7, it will need to be placed on a 6 × 9 Express Yourself card.

Express Yourself allows custom wording only.

We may include simple, discreet graphic elements at our discretion to support the design, but full images, photos, or artwork uploads are not supported.

We do not rewrite your message.
However, we may make minor spacing or formatting adjustments to ensure the card looks balanced and professional.

Our cards are designed to feel intentional, elevated, and easy to read.
These guidelines help us ensure every card meets the same quality standard, even when fully personalised.
